- Photos: Images you take or upload of items in your storage bins for AI identification.
- Payment Information: If you subscribe to our Premium plan, payment is processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your credit card details.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including features used, bins created, and searches performed.
- Camera Access: We access your device camera only when you actively choose to take a photo for item identification. We do not access the camera in the background.
About AI Item Detection
When you take a photo for AI identification, the image is sent to Google Cloud Vision API for processing. Google processes the image to identify items and returns descriptive labels and tags. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Photos are processed in real-time and are not retained by Google after analysis. For more details, see Google Cloud's Privacy Notice.

3. Data Storage and Security

Local data stored on your device is protected by your device's built-in security features.

5. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and Export: You can view all your data within the app at any time. You may request a full export of your data.
- Correction: You can edit or update your bin data, item descriptions, and account information directly in the app.
- Deletion: You can delete individual bins, items, or your entire account. Account deletion permanently removes all associated data from our servers.
- Camera Permissions: You can revoke camera access at any time through your device settings. The app will still function without camera access, but AI item detection will be unavailable.
- Notifications: You can manage notification preferences in the app settings or through your device settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
